Yozyovon sits at the drier, hotter southern steppe edge of the Fergana Valley where the irrigated agricultural zone gives way to more sparsely populated semi-arid land. That combination of rural poverty, extreme conservatism, and zero outside-facing infrastructure makes this the least promising district in the region for a foreign man. There is no warm case for Yozyovon.
