Arco is historically interesting — in 1955 it became the first city in the world powered by nuclear energy, a test by the Idaho National Laboratory — and the INL campus is actually in Butte County, which brings in some professional traffic. But the county has under 3,000 people, surrounded by high desert lava fields and the Craters of the Moon National Monument. The INL workers mostly live in Idaho Falls and commute. There's not much social life here for anyone.
