Graham
6.6
High score (8-10)
Graham County has no warm play for an outsider. Safford is a small agricultural town in the Gila Valley where the social infrastructure is almost entirely built around the LDS church, and non-members have no real entry point into those circles. The copper smelter in nearby Thatcher and the farming economy don't pull in interesting transient populations. There's nothing here for someone coming in cold.
Mid score (6-8) · Your profile
Safford is quiet, affordable, and has a certain small-town stability to it — if you're living there for work (Eastern Arizona College, the Freeport operations, agriculture), you can build a life. But as a destination or a place to deploy social energy, it's extremely limited. The LDS community is dominant and socially self-contained. Outside those circles the dating pool is tiny.
Lower score (below 6)
Graham County is a small LDS-dominated agricultural community where the social circles are church-based and closed to outsiders. Safford has under 10,000 people, almost no nightlife, and the major social events are things like county fairs and church gatherings. An outside man coming in cold has no entry points and will spend most of his time invisible. Skip this completely.
