A foreign man who doesn't need the central Kyiv scene and is comfortable in a quieter, more residential context can do well here because the competition from other foreigners is essentially nil. The Zhytomyrska and Sviatoshyn metro stops provide solid connectivity. Rents are among the lowest in the city for a district with full metro access.
