Mayparkngum is one of the most recently formalized administrative districts of Vientiane Capital and is functionally a collection of farming villages and Mekong floodplain — the only real upside for a foreign man is if you're specifically doing rural development or agricultural work and need a genuine footprint in village Laos. Otherwise, there's nothing here that rewards your profile.
