The limitation is that it lives in Tokyo's shadow, and the most ambitious women often move to Shibuya or Shinjuku rather than staying in Yokohama. The city has excellent social infrastructure but slightly lower ceiling than central Tokyo for a man targeting the most internationally-minded women.
