The secondary Raml zone is more residential and loses some of the waterfront social energy of Raml 1. Still urban and functional, with educated local populations and occasional cafe infrastructure, but it's a transit zone more than a destination. A foreign man gets some social openings here but this isn't where you focus your time.

Raml 2 blends into middle-class residential Alexandria — there's cafe life and a relatively educated population but the social scene thins out compared to the central Corniche strip. Livable and not unwelcoming, but not where the action is.
Lower score (below 6)
Without the marquee waterfront cafes and square of Raml 1, this part of the district becomes largely residential with limited social infrastructure for an outsider. You'll find it harder to create natural social situations here than in the districts immediately east or west.
