Třebíč doesn't quite reach warm — but it has more going for it than most of Vysočina, and a targeted visit during tourist season has upside.

Třebíč has two UNESCO World Heritage designations — the Jewish Quarter (one of the best-preserved in Central Europe, predating Venetian ghettos in scale) and the St. Procopius Basilica — which gives the city a genuine outward-facing identity that most Vysočina towns lack. There's a real pedestrian zone with cafes and restaurants where social interaction is structurally possible, and the heritage tourism means some women here have more exposure to international visitors than typical regional Czech towns. At 36,000 people it's still small, and outside July and August the tourist layer disappears leaving a standard local social environment. Workable during peak season with realistic expectations.

The Jewish Quarter is genuinely impressive historically, but cultural assets don't translate into social opportunity for a foreign man unless there's event infrastructure around them — and here there mostly isn't. The population is settled and the social scene closes in quickly for anyone without local roots.
