Inzá is the gateway municipality for the Tierradentro UNESCO World Heritage Site — pre-Columbian underground tombs carved into volcanic rock that draw a real flow of Colombian heritage tourists and some international visitors. That outside exposure means the town has basic guesthouse and restaurant infrastructure, and foreign visitors aren't a total anomaly. The social environment is still conservative, a mix of Nasa indigenous and mestizo, and the town itself is small. Works as a brief cultural stop, not a base.
