Tuen Mun's South Asian community — particularly the Nepalese population that has been in HK for generations, many via Gurkha military families — is an accessible and genuinely warm social environment for foreign men who are comfortable in it. For someone with Indian subcontinent cultural fluency, Tuen Mun's ethnic enclaves are more accessible than any Cantonese district. Niche, but specific and real.
